I've been using this for two years and it's been pretty solid. The integrations work well after you understand correctly.
ZigbeeExplorer: Just got this working! The key is configuring the MQTT broker properly. Seems obvious now.

Quick note: Zigbee routing changed in version X. Consider Zigbee2MQTT instead.
